Project Technology Service Leader

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technology Service Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical software solutions, collaborating with global business leaders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical specialists, supporting project delivery and the adoption of best-in-class engineering tools and platforms.
  • Design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise document management systems (EDMS) and construction data environments (CDE) services in Australia and Europe, ensuring meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
  • Maintain and manage core application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble.
  • Collaborate with project directors, managers, and engineers to define needs and requirements.
  • Drive innovation by working with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Good understanding of the design, implementation, and operation of EDMS and CDE systems.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication with a flexible approach to delivering solutions.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and other international industry standards.
