We are currently looking for a Regional Partner Manager responsible for growing the sales pipeline and Partner-related revenue at Simpro.

Leveraging resources from the Partner Program and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams in the region, you will recruit, enable, nurture, manage and support the most important Partners that grow Simpro's lead database, produce referrals and assist in closing new customers.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop effective marketing plans for Accounting and Business, plus IT Consultants
- Establish annual Regional Partner Marketing Plan
- Develop and execute quarterly plans that support pipeline target of qualified opportunities
- Ensure all GTM activities are on brand and in line with strategy
- Regular measurement and reporting on performance
- Develop relationships with key channel partners, industry event organisers, publications, associations etc. to seek new partnerships that align with brand goals
- Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage within the Regional Partner marketing budget.
- Plan and execute Partner marketing initiatives with Partner sales & marketing stakeholders, ensuring effective and efficient two-way communication between marketing and sales teams
- Support an environment of collaboration by interacting with people at all levels of the Simpro organisation, across multiple functions, to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns
- Ensuring areas of non-conformance are escalated to Management
- Deliver leads from and to the sales team, and through customer engagement uncover new partners and partner-filled opportunities.

**What You'll Bring**
- Optimally, prior experience collaborating with Partners in the fields of Accounting and Business, IT Consulting, and Business Coaching etc.
- An understanding, exposure and/or network within the wider field services and associated trade environment e.g. trades wholesalers, suppliers, principal contractors, sub-contractors, representative associations etc.
- Fantastic experience in lead generation, working closely with the wider sales team
- High drive and motivation, capable of adhering to a plan while showcasing genuine innovation and initiative
- An ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for our products
- A knack for self-management, effective scheduling and delivering results
- Ideally, experience in selling SaaS software
- Ability to maintain strong familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing technology and market trends in order to guide our partners' decision making and strategy
- Availability and willingness to travel as required.
