Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain delivery team culture and values for long-term sustainable success.
  • Execute the end-to-end delivery process between Technology and Product teams, measuring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Team Leads to ensure delivery projects are planned and meet delivery standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Team Leads on upcoming projects.
  • Drive excellence with the product team on requirements fidelity.
  • Maintain and monitor JIRA delivery reporting and ensure data fidelity.
  • Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to delivery teams.
  • Execute delivery team retrospectives and planning rituals.
  • Coordinate biannual planning and team building sessions.
  • Inspire and engage Delivery teams in effective storytelling and communicate project progress to the broader business audience.
  • Completion of ad hoc requests as needed to support delivery and release tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas such as Product Ownership, QA, Digital Production.
  • A strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery.
  • A proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced environments.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • A passion for improving team health and delivery effectiveness.
  • An innovative mindset with a curiosity for technology and team dynamics.
  • Bonus: experience contributing to community, mentoring, or facilitating learning spaces.
