Technical Lead

  • At the heart of software delivery, Technical Leads are responsible for overseeing project execution and guiding technical decisions. Key to this role is ensuring projects are executed according to plan, from inception through implementation.
  • With hands-on experience in backend development using PHP and frontend architecture with Angular, a successful candidate will provide technical guidance on solution design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Proficiency in AWS serverless services is also crucial.
  • Furthermore, effective management of CI/CD pipelines, Docker setup, and build processes is essential. Additionally, leveraging modern tooling and observability practices ensures system reliability and performance.
  • Writing and maintaining automation tests as well as unit tests using frameworks like Cypress or Jest demonstrates a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Ultimately, leading and mentoring a team of developers requires excellent communication skills, collaboration across departments, and a deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in PHP and Angular, including knowledge of key libraries and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress or Jest.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and build/release processes.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding teams through software development phases.
