Role Overview

The Head of Controlling (FP&A Manager) will serve as a trusted business partner to the Head of Finance, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic counsel to drive business results.

This role involves influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive financial analysis to inform business decisions and evaluate performance.
  • Support strategic ambition target setting and play a critical role in developing strategic initiatives and investment projects.
  • Facilitate and lead the business planning process, including Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimate, target setting, and restatement.
  • Prepare and submit financial and business results on a monthly basis, providing consolidated results and management statements.
  • Lead the Controlling team, creating roadmaps, planning activities, setting objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
  • Challenge the status quo, take calculated risks, and drive innovation from within.

Requirements

  • BSc in a related field, with a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial, consultancy, or auditing role within a multinational organization.
  • High-level competence in Controlling, Reporting, or Financial Advisory.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis & reporting software preferred (e.g., Tagetik, SAP Analytics, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience in strategy & business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, a strong business acumen, and pro-active behavior.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for people development.
