Job Opportunity: Cyber Security Project Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful delivery of our cyber security initiatives in Perth. As a key team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project strategies that meet scope, milestones, and benefits expectations.
- Manage project timelines, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and issues to maintain optimal project performance.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among team members by building and leading high-performing project teams.
- Drive change management and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption across multiple geographies.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with executive stakeholders, business owners, and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale technology or cyber security projects.
- Able to lead dispersed teams across Australia and guide BAU resources through delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing vendor and third-party relationships.
