**The Role & Project**

MACA is currently seeking a passionate
**Cyber Security Analyst** to champion cyber security for and to the MACA business. Reporting directly to the ICT Manager this position is responsible for ensuring MACA's ICT solutions, supporting processes, and users are cyber resilient and assured.

Working in conveniently located Welshpool, with onsite parking on a 5/2 roster. We deliver contract mining services for valued clients in the Perth Metro, Southwest, Pilbara and Goldfields. With 14 operating mine sites and one international, as well as numerous Civil and Infrastructure construction projects nationwide, you will never be wondering where the next challenge is coming from.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Minimum 5 years in cyber security engineering and design
- Relevant Tertiary Education in the field of Cyber Security, Communication, Information Technology, or Science.
- Certifications related to at least one of**:ISMS implementation, IT risk management, IT audit and security management, such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or ISM.**:

- Knowledge of security capabilities and tools including, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Protection, SIEM solutions and SOC Operations
- Strong technical understanding of IT Security concepts such as Endpoint Security, Network Security, Infrastructure Security, Patch and Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention and Security Incident and Event Monitoring.
