Job Overview

As a key member of our Cyber Security function, you will contribute to the company's cyber security posture through leading cyber security risk assessments and providing pragmatic guidance for identified risks and controls.

You will work in a collaborative global team responsible for providing cyber security risk advice and guidance in a practical business context to enable continued innovation and support of digital advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist cyber security guidance for IT and Operational Technology projects with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct cyber security risk assessments of new and existing technologies to identify risks and appropriate controls balancing security and operability.
  • Build strong working relationships to support the broader organisation in adopting standards, procedures and guidelines related to cyber security.
  • Contribute to internal processes and initiatives within Cyber Risk and Advisory, and delivery of the Cyber Security strategy.
  • Support targeted annual risk reviews of key functions, technologies and systems within the organisation.
Requirements
  • Practical experience in a cyber security-based role preferably in a large organisation or asset-intensive industry.
  • Experience identifying and understanding cyber security risk preferably in IT and OT contexts.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to a range of audiences including non-technical and senior stakeholders.
  • A commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Familiarity with cyber security industry frameworks used for identifying and managing risk.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills to build credibility and collaboration.
