Job Summary

Lead a team of warehouse and distribution experts, driving operational excellence across logistics and inventory control to ensure safe and efficient delivery of key chemical products.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing, transport, and inventory management;
  • Oversee the safe and efficient distribution of chemicals to domestic and global markets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high service standards and cost-effective logistics outcomes;

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team across Victoria and Queensland, working closely with internal and external customers to achieve business objectives;
  • Manage road, rail, and shipping networks to coordinate export shipments and meet customer expectations;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs;

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or business;
  • More than 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably within chemicals or industrial sectors;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and dangerous goods regulations;
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations;
