This is a unique chance for an experienced, skilled and dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, with a deep understanding of industry operations and a proactive attitude. As part of our Wedding team you will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain friendly relations with customers both internal and external, and have a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

About You
  • DELIVER EXCELLENCE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS ON THEIR SPECIAL DAY
  • EXCELLENT TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND FRIENDLY RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
  • FAMILIARISATION AND SITE INSPECTIONS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS
  • EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL AND PASSION FOR CREATING AN EVENT THAT MEETS THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE CLIENT
  • 'PROACTIVE' ATTITUDE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IT TAKES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESSFUL RESULTS AND PROVIDE AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR CLIENTELE
  • OUTSTANDING ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH AND MANAGE MULTIPLE CLIENTS AND THEIR DETAILS SIMULTANEOUSLY
