About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager within PropertyIQ, you will play a key role in the client's journey. You will be responsible for managing key relationships, providing high-quality coaching, training and expert advice to enable them to achieve their business goals.
You will also maintain high customer retention levels, identify new business opportunities and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key relationships with external clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver high-quality coaching, training and expert advice to enhance client capabilities.
- Maintain high customer retention levels through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth.
