Client Success Partner – PeopleEconomics at Wall Street. We're a Premier Partner of PeopleEconomics – a groundbreaking framework that helps small and medium businesses unlock the productivity of their people. Our role is to embed PeopleEconomics as trusted advisors so that people thrive and the business succeeds.
We're now looking for a Client Success Partner to join our team.
What the Role Looks LikeIn this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients – sometimes sitting alongside them in their offices, other times supporting them remotely. You'll work closely with business owners, managers, and their teams, helping them transform the way they approach people management. Your success is measured by the impact you create: better culture, stronger productivity, and lasting results for our clients. You'll collaborate with Wall Street's Talent, Payroll and Business Support teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service.
