">Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager is a vital position within our organization, responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to drive client success.
This role involves managing multiple relationships with clients, providing initial strategic input, and setting expectations for project delivery. The Account Manager will interact with clients and internal partners as both an effective project steward and strategic partner, helping to clarify and develop project objectives, identify challenges, and guide the creation of strategies and metrics for success.
The Account Manager must also ensure that relevant information across groups is communicated and translated into specific actions. They should demonstrate an understanding of the client's business (objectives, risks, and strategies) and its marketing goals, applying them to strategic direction for projects. Risks and dependencies will be communicated to the internal team and the client as necessary.
Account Managers must identify opportunities for incremental growth and have a results-driven mentality, translating strategy to execution and being responsive. Working directly with the Sales and Business teams, they are responsible for ensuring success across all functional teams and overall client delivery.
Responsibilities include tracking billing and expenses for the jobs and accounts managed.
