Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a personalized dining experience that meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the outlet for daily operation, including setting tables, cleaning, and managing beverage preparation areas
  • Assist management in monitoring rosters to ensure all shifts are covered and make adjustments as necessary
  • Order inventory based on par levels, assist with inventory-taking, and resolve discrepancies as required
  • Ensure team members adhere to guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality
  • Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the immediate team and wider organization
  • Attend daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions as scheduled
  • Supervise employees under your responsibility for the shift, ensuring correct standards and methods of service are maintained
  • Conduct tasks safely and within OH&S guidelines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Food and Beverage Service
  • Friendly personality and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a positive manner
  • Time management skills, delegation, drive for results, and strong employee engagement skills
  • Neat personal presentation
  • Full working rights in Australia
