Job Description:

As a leader in the food and beverage sector, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while adhering to established operational standards. Your key role will be to support the leadership team in developing and maintaining a high-performing team that delivers branded service and promotes a positive work culture.

A typical day for you will involve preparing the outlet for daily operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks. You will also assist the manager in monitoring rosters to ensure all shifts are covered and make adjustments where necessary. Additionally, you will order inventory based on par levels as prescribed by the manager and assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry. You must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and third parties. Time management skills, delegation, and a drive for results are essential, as is strong employee engagement. A friendly personality and neat personal presentation are also highly desirable.
