Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Activity Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health and safety risk assessments, supporting participants to engage in activities, and collaborating with community organisations to develop and coordinate activities.

About the Role
  • Conduct health and safety risk assessments and maintain incident management reporting to ensure safe and meaningful engagement in activities.
  • Support participants to overcome barriers and connect with activities across various service areas.
  • Collaborate with community organisations to coordinate and develop activities, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • Source and match participants with suitable activities including study, training, volunteering and short-term employment.

This role requires experience in employment services, knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage high workloads, competing priorities and tight deadlines, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
