Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Community Experiences Manager in delivering exceptional experiences that bring our brand to life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating diverse initiatives, including on-the-ground activations, events, surprise-and-delight campaigns, and digital promotions, to engage and excite our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging in-person and digital brand experiences
- Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience
- Stay informed about experiential trends and competitor activity to maintain Dabble's position as a leader in community engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset – able to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations
