Join a supportive school community as a Youth Engagement Coordinator and make a positive impact on young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in Years 10-12 who are disengaged or at risk by providing individualized support, linking them with necessary internal and external services, and working directly with them to build connections, boost engagement, and develop strategies for success.
  • Collaborate closely with the school's Guidance Officer to provide tailored support, group interventions, and case management to enhance student engagement and participation.

About the Role:

This part-time position involves working three days per week with flexible scheduling options, providing a supportive and adaptable environment. As a key member of the student support team, you'll play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and passionate about supporting young people.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
