As a Cook for Cruise Whitsundays, you will be part of sharing special places and shaping lasting memories with our guests.
Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and energetic Cook to join the Catering team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the Supervisor and Chef to prepare and deliver exceptional high-quality food, and assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will have commercial cooking skills, be highly self-motivated with great energy, and have excellent communication skills for interacting with staff in the kitchen and on water.
Key responsibilities include preparing menu items to ensure quality and guest satisfaction, safe packing of food for on-water experiences, overseeing hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas, and cleaning of kitchen, storerooms and kitchenware.
