Culinary Leader

We invite a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Leader to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that every guest leaves with an unforgettable impression.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high food safety standards.
• Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and flair, appealing to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining efficient stock management systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with safe food handling practices and first aid procedures is essential.
• A valid QLD Working with Children's Check and National Police Clearance are required.
