Job Title: Branch Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage the day-to-day activities of field service technicians.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and changing schedules in accordance with customer demands and priority levels.

This role involves organizing the day-to-day activities of Field Service Technicians to ensure service levels are met, collaborating with designers on procurement to ensure required material is delivered on-site in compliance with service level agreements.

Additionally, this role requires adhering to dispatch processes and other procedures and policies, managing internal and external customers to provide outstanding customer service, and monitoring all forms of documentation from Field Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, analyze and change schedules in accordance with customer demands and priority levels
  • Organize the day-to-day activities of Field Service Technicians to ensure service levels are met
  • Collaborate with designers on procurement to ensure required material is delivered on-site in compliance with service level agreements
  • Adhere to dispatch processes and other procedures and policies
  • Manage internal and external customers to provide outstanding customer service
  • Monitor all forms of documentation from Field Service Technicians
Requirements:
  • Experience in a planning or scheduling position in a service, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience using simPRO Service Management System
  • Bachelor of Business or a technical qualification ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship
