Retail Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Retail Store Manager.
This is a key leadership role that involves working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, implement visual merchandising strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities through coaching, developing, and providing feedback to their team.
- They will also act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store.
- Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales is a critical aspect of this role.
- Additionally, the Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for implementing brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing staff to achieve sales targets.
- Providing feedback and guidance to team members.
- Driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and promotions.
- Managing stock levels to minimise losses and maximise sales.
- Acting as Store Manager when required.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to team members.
- Ability to provide exceptional and unique customer experiences.
- Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety.
- Visual Merchandising experience advantageous.
