Job Title

A key role in our organisation is available for a highly skilled IT Service Manager to lead the strategic planning, management and optimisation of IT services.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing IT service management strategies, leading initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for IT services.
  • Develop IT service management policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing an enterprise IT Service Management platform.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of IT or Business study are required. An ITIL v3 or v4 certification, at the Intermediate or Expert level, is also mandatory.
