Job Title: Product Designer

A product designer is a creative problem solver who turns user needs into innovative digital solutions.

We're looking for someone with experience in user-centred design methodologies, proficiency in UX/UI best practices and the ability to empathise with users.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in interpreting requirements, data and constraints and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to understand user needs, business objectives and technical constraints
  • Design innovative digital products using human-centred design methodologies
  • Collaborate with Agile product teams, Business Analysts and Developers
  • Align designs with our values and customer experience principles
  • Test, measure, optimise and report on digital products
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Able to empathise with user needs and utilise user testing, personas and mental models
  • Proficiency in user-centred design methodologies and UX/UI best practices
  • Solid skills in interpreting requirements, data and constraints
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
