About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our Business Unit programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of all Business Unit programs and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Define and report on delivery KPIs, progress, and status for the programs/initiatives portfolio, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and structure across portfolio/delivery management tools, driving data-driven decision making.
  • Support the leadership team in work prioritisation, issue resolution, and capacity management, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.
  • Prepare and facilitate Big Room Planning as part of the Quarterly Delivery Cycle, driving strategic alignment and prioritisation.
  • Facilitate Business Unit cross-programs/initiatives ceremonies, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Coordinate risk management across all initiatives and projects, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
