Medico Legal Operations Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medico Legal Operations Manager to join our team at People2People. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that specializes in medico legal reporting and assessments.
The Medico Legal Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our medico legal practice, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will include:
- Managing Client Communications
- Triage and Booking Patients into Clinics
- Ensuring All Documentation is Requested, Prepared, and Sent for Patient Booking
- Ensuring All Documentation is in Line with Relevant Legislation and Guidelines
- Providing Quality Assurance for Reports (Process & Documentation)
- Liaising with Key Stakeholders, Including Doctors, Insurers, Patients, Employers, and Legal Professionals
- Working as a Data Controller (Ensuring Sensitive Information is Managed Appropriately)
- Ensuring Clinic Bookings are Managed to Maximize Efficient Use of Resources
- Use of IT Programs for Patient/Data Management - Genie, Power Diary, Microsoft Office
- Billing and Basic Book-Keeping as Required
- Managing Debtors
- Organizing Events/Education Sessions
- Process Improvement Identification and Implementation
- Compliance Management - WorkCover WA Updates/Training
- Reporting to the Leadership Team Monthly on Set KPI's
- Setting Agendas/Schedules for Leadership Meetings and Preparing Presentations
- Recruitment of New Staff
- Business Development Activities
About You:
- Experience Working in a Medico Legal Environment or Similar
- Legal Support Experience Across Person Injury Would be Highly Regarded
- Proactive and Diligent with a High Level of Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Knowledge/Experience Working in Line with AMA Guidelines and WorkCover WA, Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 202 & Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988

- Flexibility: The role will be offered on a remote basis with occasional travel required to our offices (roughly 8-10 hours per week however this may fluctuate)
