Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Management Officer to join our team in Canberra. This role will involve managing audio-visual equipment and supporting staff using the technology.

  • Experience with Crestron control and digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Teams room video conferencing would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.
  • Technical skills in the use of audio-visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.

  • Supporting audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment.
