Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, or remote access for businesses in Australia and New Zealand
  • Troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues on Windows desktops/laptops, Azure, Office 365, Audiology Software, mobile phones, and other key business applications within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaising with higher-level resolver groups to manage and maintain communication with users
  • Responsible for IT onboarding and off-boarding and continuous process enhancements
  • Assisting with systems configurations, maintenance, and IT projects
