We are seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' ICT projects by analyzing and evaluating the impacts of change, clarifying scope, and documenting the change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in identifying and evaluating impacts of change, clarifying scope, and documenting the change
  • Supporting workshops and engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness, foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication throughout the change process
  • Supporting project managers and change team throughout the change
  • Updating change management documents and templates
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement capability
  • Ability to deliver effective communications to all levels of the organisation via varied channels
  • Experience in change analysis activities for all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus of effective change delivery
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT project change management and communications
  • Proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary teams
