  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests, ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our vacation community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
