Engineering Team Leader

The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team. This involves ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on technology issues that impact business performance, contributing to strategic discussions, and recommending improvements to our technical systems.

This role focuses on driving customer-centric outcomes while ensuring seamless technical operations. We are looking for a Senior Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in electronic engineering or information technology.
  • 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV, or recording studios or information technology infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.
  • Proven experience in a technology management role.
  • An understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
