Transformation Leader

A key strategic role exists for an accomplished Transformation Leader to spearhead organisational change initiatives. This pivotal position involves driving large-scale transformations across multiple programmes, utilising expertise in Change Management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 12 years of dedicated experience in Change Management, encompassing building and/or leading a Change Management team, practice, centre of excellence or enterprise function.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end change across multiple streams of large, complex, multi-million-dollar programmes.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-honed executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint, and including Microsoft Project.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Business, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar.
