Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Community Wellbeing Director to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in supporting communities and promoting wellbeing.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with community members, village managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement wellbeing programs that promote a sense of connection and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead wellbeing initiatives that support the physical and emotional needs of community members.
  • Collaborate with village managers and other stakeholders to ensure that wellbeing programs are integrated into daily life.
  • Provide support and guidance to community members who are experiencing difficulties or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to wellbeing initiatives.
