Requirements:

  • Appreciate boys' education and building meaningful relationships with young men.
  • Have experience in pastoral leadership, with the ability to lead, manage, and develop cohesive staff teams.
  • Be capable of working as a member of the middle leadership team.
  • Hold working rights for Australia or be eligible to gain them.
