Job Title: Marketing Director - International Student Recruitment

Sarina Russo Group is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our international student recruitment efforts in China and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the University at recruitment events and international education fora.
  • Raise the profile of JCUB as a preferred destination to increase the intake of high-quality international students.
  • Maintain a strong liaison role with international institutional partners and recruiting agents.
  • Manage a team of recruitment staff to implement recruitment plans and ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare an annual schedule of international promotional recruitment opportunities.
  • Gather and disseminate market intelligence to monitor country, agent, and channel performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a demonstrated record in international student recruitment.
  • Postgraduate qualification in marketing, communications, or business with extensive experience.
  • Previous management experience, including managing a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing and communication strategies.
  • Experience dealing with print, digital media, event planning, and social media.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to assist with interpersonal communications.
