Infrastructure Bridge Design Specialist

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead technical delivery on diverse transport infrastructure projects across Australia and internationally. Your expertise in structural analysis and bridge design will be key to delivering exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your strong knowledge of structural analysis and bridge design to deliver innovative solutions
- Design complex bridges and transport structures with limited supervision, utilizing your technical skills and experience
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams
- Manage mid-size projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the Bridges and Structures Business Class
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' professional experience in structural engineering, focusing on bridges
- Chartered membership of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV)
- Proven ability to successfully lead small project teams and motivate team members
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, including Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures
