The Role
  • Apply strong knowledge of bridge design to deliver transport structure projects for our clients.
  • Design complex bridges with limited supervision while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Responsible for structural design, inspections, technical reports, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of bridge and transport structure projects applying both standard and advanced engineering techniques.
  • Develop design solutions, prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications for various structural forms including reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and steel.
  • Perform structural planning, analysis, and design for transport infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers fostering their technical growth.
  • Manage mid-size projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the Bridges and Structures Business Class.
