Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery, design, and documentation of project requirements.


You will work on the design of bridges and civil structures for public and private infrastructure projects, providing support for strategic initiatives and interacting with clients and stakeholders to discern engineering inputs and requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design bridge and civil structures for public and private infrastructure projects
  • Provide support for strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to discern engineering inputs and requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:


  • A degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures or Structural Engineering
  • Solid experience in the design of bridges and civil structures for mid to major infrastructure projects
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards in current engineering and construction principles, methods and practices
  • Proficient in the use of Strand7, SpaceGass, or other suitable design software
  • Understanding of design and analysis of structural materials
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Good report writing skills
