Job Title: Experienced Trainer for Vocational Courses

Are you a seasoned trainer with a passion for delivering high-quality, job-ready vocational short courses? We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an experienced trainer.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, developing relevant learning materials, assessing learner competencies, and conducting regular reviews to ensure clients' needs are met. If you have experience in teaching Hospitality-specific courses, including Cafe skills, Food Basics, Safety & Handling, Housekeeping, and other relevant areas, we encourage you to apply.

About You

We're looking for someone who can provide our learners with a meaningful and impactful learning experience. Key requirements include:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus additional units: TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or diploma-level qualification in adult education
  • Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy requirements
