In line with our vision to serve the health, community and education sectors as a leading private provider, ASA primarily delivers programs in Out- of-Hospital Healthcare, Motor Sport, Correctional Services, Government Departments, Early Childhood, Emergency Services, Industry and Aged Care.
ASA Academy:
We deliver training at our Woodville Campus (SA) and Eastern Creek Campus (NSW) with additional national in-field delivery of training to our clients at their worksites and/or via online mediums as required. The success achieved so far is merely the foundation for future growth. The professionalism and quality of service delivery is paramount to the ongoing success of the organisation and as such, we are looking for new HealthCare TAE Trainers of matching caliber in talent and attitude.
We are seeking experienced Health Professionals who are qualified Trainer and Assessor's with a background in delivering Health Care training, with current clinical experience to effectively transfer their knowledge and skills to our diverse cohort of students.
These roles are required on a casual basis with the opportunity for a permanent employment contract for the right candidate's in the near future.
Seeking: Health Professional Trainer (TAE) Paramedic/Registered Nurse - the right candidate will be granted autonomy to work within our dynamic environment.
**Consideration may be given to Enrolled Nurses and Ambulances Officers who possess the necessary Training qualifications and experience.
Selection criteria:
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN)
• Bachelor of Nursing, Paramedic, or other Allied Health Profession
• Minimum 5 years' experience with current knowledge and clinical skills
• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous classroom teaching experience
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
• Current Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Unrestricted Car Licence
