**Description**:
The Opportunity
We're currently seeking an experienced and passionate casual Trainer & Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) in a face-to-face classroom setting.
Training is scheduled 2 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays), commencing July 2025. You'll be supported by a dedicated Program Coordinator and enjoy a competitive daily rate, with the potential for additional work both face to face and online as our programs continue to grow.
**Please note**: While our office is located in Munno Para, the final course delivery location is still being confirmed and may be in Munno Para or nearby suburbs.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:
Be available to deliver training on Mondays and Tuesdays (consecutive days)
Be South Australia-based and able to travel to Munno Para or surrounding suburbs
Be available to commence delivery from July 2025
**Essential Criteria/Requirements**:
Current qualification *CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability.
- If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment.

Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing/Disability (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.
Current VET PD
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
High level of interpersonal and communications skills
Experience delivering to Job Seekers
Working with Children Check
As the Casual/Contract Trainer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting training and assessments, student support, tracking, and reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.
