Our mission at Training U For Work is to equip students with the tools, experience, and knowledge to succeed in their studies, enter the workforce, and create a positive future. Our courses are offered both online and on-campus, ranging from two to eight days in duration.

As a Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions, develop training materials, including assessments and learning resources, and assess learner competencies to determine individual needs.

Requirements:
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
- Alternatively, possess a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411, TAEASS502, or a diploma in adult education
- Possess currency in various industries, including Building and Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Healthcare, Retail, Housekeeping, NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, Working With Children Check, and COVID-19 Vaccination
