The Second in Charge Role

As a Senior Leader, you will assist the Director in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This includes:

  • Creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)\
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations\
  • Engaging with parents and supporting their enquiries\
  • Attending school events and assemblies\
  • Playing and having fun with primary school aged children\
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program\
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and love kids, in fact you're still a big kid at heart\
