About the Role:

This unique opportunity offers the chance to make a significant global impact from an Australian base.

As the Ranger and Everest Global Program Operations and Transformation Chief, you will drive cost and waste strategies, simplify processes for peak efficiency, and ensure flawless delivery of critical program milestones.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Core Program Management and Global Product Development Systems for the T6 platform
  • Develop and execute innovative tools and processes for the T6 program and contribute to global development initiatives
  • Drive transformation of how programs are tracked and delivered using AI technologies

 

About You:

We seek a visionary leader with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within global product development, program management, or business operations.

A proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a dynamic environment is essential.

 

Skill Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex global programs from conception through launch and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to establish, track, and drive performance against key metrics
