Job Title: Strategic Leadership Manager

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires an exceptional leader to drive significant contributions to the government and community.

The Strategic Leadership Manager will provide high-level strategic direction and leadership for the Building, Energy Safety and Service Delivery Group by driving strategic direction, championing initiatives, and prioritising the safety of the WA community.

As a member of the Corporate Executive team, you will be responsible for providing high-level strategic direction and professional leadership, providing executive level oversight, clear accountability, and delivering strategies.

You will also actively promote the coordination and integration of efficient and effective corporate systems to achieve corporate objectives and outcomes, formulate short to long-term strategic and operational plans, and efficiently allocate resources within the Group to achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic direction and leadership for the Building, Energy Safety and Service Delivery Group.
  • Champion initiatives and prioritise the safety of the WA community.
  • Provide high-level strategic direction and professional leadership as a member of the Corporate Executive team.
  • Promote the coordination and integration of efficient and effective corporate systems.
  • Formulate short to long-term strategic and operational plans.
  • Efficiently allocate resources within the Group to achieve outcomes.
