The Regional Business Development Partner plays a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving customer acquisition across diverse portfolios.
This position is instrumental in promoting positive customer experiences while collaborating with various stakeholders to implement sustainable, financially viable supports that empower individuals to live their desired lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to qualified customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records from initial contact through onboarding.
- Develop and manage customer pipelines, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate application and onboarding documentation for new customers, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes, fostering strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members.
- Represent the organization at networks and promotional events, sharing insights and learnings to drive growth.
- Promote services to attract new customers, tracking enquiry outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Identify regional opportunities, communicating them through clear reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business or customer service management.
- Proven background in customer-facing roles within values-driven organizations.
- Experience in cultural change and workforce capability building.
- Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of contemporary Disability Services and person-centred approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
- High computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Empathetic, customer-focused, and business-savvy.
- Experience in the Disability Services sector.
- Business development or sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
