Job Overview

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for setting and delivering the annual site plan aligned to the business strategy.

You will have overall responsibility for leading the site team and delivering the key elements of this plan.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing health and safety standards and policies.
  • Ensuring site compliance with safety standards and processes are implemented and met on site.
  • Defining clear and measurable KPIs for individual site plans to underpin delivery of the annual plan.
  • Rolling out frameworks to manage operational efficiency and optimization across the site.
  • Ensuring quality metrics delivered align with expected outcomes.
  • Establishing frameworks for managing reporting day-to-day operational issues.
  • Delivering fixed and variable costs in line with agreed targets.
  • Maintaining plant capacity models to set performance efficiency targets for operational performance management.
  • Collaborating with Regional Managers and Project Engineering teams to design and deliver process improvements and investments.
  • Ensuring capability to support volume growth and new business operations is in place as required.
  • Implementing continuous improvement frameworks and cultures across the site.
  • Working with site supervisors and team leaders to build high-capability teams and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, performance management, and skill development processes are in place and applied.

About You
  • Experience in leading teams within manufacturing environments.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing employee performance.
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and P&L statements.
