Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented professional to lead initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. Coordinate and execute early career programs, including work experience, internship and graduate programs.

  • Develop and drive annual project plans, including campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and internal/external collaboration.
  • Support recruitment activity, including advertising, shortlisting, assessment and offer management.
  • Promote the organization at careers/graduate fairs, virtual expos/webinars and online presence.
  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives, including program facilitation and improvement actions.
  • Assist with relevant social media, contributing to Global Employer Branding strategy.
About The Role

This position requires:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.
  • Previous experience in HR/Talent Acquisition role is desired.
  • A proven background in delivering end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives within a multinational organization.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
