The Role

Design and Deliver Maritime Domain Awareness Training Programs
  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design and deliver training programs for maritime domain awareness, with a focus on government and law enforcement agencies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering drone capability training programs internationally, as well as the ability to work cross-culturally with English as a Second Language (ESL) stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is establishing effective working relationships with project collaborators and recipient countries. This includes supporting project reporting against key performance indicators, management of contracts and procurement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist to grow their capability in the design and delivery of training programs throughout Australia and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop suitable training programs and educational materials to support maritime domain awareness.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project collaborators and recipient countries.
  • Assist with the development of capability plans to guide licensing and training requirements and procurement of equipment.
  • Support project reporting against key performance indicators, management of contracts and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering drone capability training programs internationally.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally with English as a Second Language (ESL) stakeholders.
