We are seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in payments and financial services to join our team as a Strategic Consulting Manager. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and profitability in their payments businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or banking product strategy, with experience in payments or financial services. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing and presenting project reports, and working with clients to execute recommendations.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead client engagements, including preparing proposals, project plans, and project materials.
- Analyze data and develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to illustrate findings and recommendations.
- Manage junior team members, including Associates, Analysts, and Interns.
- Ensure project engagements remain on track, utilizing governance frameworks and mitigating/resolving complex problems.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or banking product strategy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through a consistent application of intellectual and analytical rigor.
